How Our Pricing Works
We keep the money side simple because high-end appliance repair should not feel like a negotiation. There is one flat charge to get a brand-focused technician to your door and a real diagnosis of what is wrong. From there, you decide.
1. Diagnostic Service Call
The service call is the quoted diagnostic fee, the same across our entire coverage area whether you are in central Colorado Springs or out in Evergreen. It covers the visit and a complete diagnosis, not a quick glance. Diagnostic and travel fees, if applicable, are confirmed before the appointment and before repair approval.
2. Written Estimate Before Any Work
Once the technician identifies the failed part, you get a flat written estimate covering parts and labor. The number does not move after you approve it, and nothing is opened up or replaced until you say go. If you decide not to proceed, you owe only the service call.
3. Genuine OEM Parts and a Warranty
Every quote is built around model-specific genuine OEM parts number, and every completed repair is backed by a 365-day repair warranty. Written terms are provided with the repair. There is no cheaper generic-part option because we do not put generic parts in these appliances.
Repair or Replace?
Many calls come from homeowners weighing a repair against a new appliance. In most cases repair wins by a wide margin. A built-in Sub-Zero or a Wolf range is a five-figure appliance tied into custom cabinetry, and the vast majority of failures trace to one replaceable part, a fan motor, an igniter, a control board, or a door gasket. Spending a fraction of the replacement cost to restore a unit that has years of life left is almost always the better call.
